Recording has now been completed on Doctor Sparkles' new release: Monkey Swing Monkey Doo, which is now being mixed and mastered with a projected release in early June. This is a full length album of original swing music, featuring talented performances from the likes of Anavi, Mad Duran, Peter Di Bono, James Dower, and... of course, Dr. Sparkles! Jumping Flea Circus coming to San Francisco!

The first Jumping Flea Circus Ukulele Cabaret will be May 31 at a private residence overlooking the San Francisco Bay. This will be a monthly open mic for ukulele performers, hosted by DrSparkles in the City by the Bay. In other words, do whatever you wish with a ukulele on our stage: music, comedy, performance art, whatever... Contact Doctor Sparkles to sign up and for directions to the Jumping Flea Circus. There are many ukulele artists in the Bay Area, and Doctor Sparkles wants to showcase this uke scene. If you play, contact Doc Sparkles to get on his JumpingFleaCircus mailing list.
